David Hall

David was born in February 1874 in MO.¹ David's father was Green Gustavus Hall and his mother was Elizabeth Trotter. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Wesson Hall and Temperance Parish. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Allen, William Riley, George, Charles 'Charley', Alfred, Robert J., Edward M., Maud A., Ida M., Martha I. 'Mattie', Pearl and Cora E.. He was the third oldest of the thirteen children.
