William Earl Evans

William Earl's father was Claude Evans and his mother was Annie Lee Skipper. His maternal grandparents were John Quincy Skipper and Mary Magdalene 'Maggie' Sands. He had five sisters named Magdaline, Florence, Irene, Ida Mae and Juanita.
