Howard C. Downey

Howard C. was born on November 11th, 1927 in Muhlenberg Co, KY. Howard C.'s father was Noah Joseph Downey and his mother was Golda Mae Higgs. His maternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He was an only child. He died at the age of 53 on December 27th, 1980 in Greenville, Muhlenberg Co, KY.
