William Collins

William was born on February 22nd, 1871 in White Co, TN. William's father was William T. Collins and his mother was Martha Ann Simmons. His maternal grandparents were Zachariah Thomas Simmons and Mary Louisa Dodson. He had two brothers and a sister, named Henry, Toliver and Louisa. He was the youngest of the four children.
