Billy Gene Clinkenbeard

Billy Gene was born on November 13th, 1926. Billy Gene's father was Charles Melvin Clinkenbeard and his mother was Odessa Plumlee. His maternal grandparents were Abraham Lincoln Plumlee and Mary Margaret Goforth. He was an only child. He died at the age of 72 on October 13th, 1999 in Norman, Cleveland Co, OK.
