Charles Casey

Charles' father was Julian Carr Casey and his mother was Daisy B. Rhew. His maternal grandparents were Charlie Thomas Rhew and Flora E. Yarborough. He had a brother and two sisters, named Robert Rhew, Grace Etta and Ruby Carr.
