Verne Joseph Bennett

Verne Joseph was born in 1904 in Pierre, Hughes Co, SD.¹ Verne Joseph's father was Elmer Roy Bennett and his mother was Kate May Stewart. His maternal grandparents were Isaiah Stewart and Mary T. Nance. He had two brothers and a sister, named Lloyd Kenneth, Mervil Roland and Alice May. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 26 in 1930.
