Edgar Skaggs

Edgar was born on September 10th, 1907. Edgar's father was Henry Elliott Skaggs and his mother was Ivy Green Pierce. His paternal grandparents were John C. Skaggs and Mary "Polly" A. Oaks. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Joe, Hobert, Stanley, Katie and Hazel. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 75 on July 23rd, 1983.
