Styrbjorn (The Strong) Olafsson

Styrbjorn, known as The Strong, was born about 0930 in Uppsala, Sweden.¹ The Strong's father was King of Sweden Olof (Mitkg) Bjornsson and his mother was Ingeberg Thrandsdottir. His paternal grandparents were King of Uppsala Bjorn (The Old) Eriksson and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Earl of Sula Thrando of Sula and <Unknown>. He had three sisters named Gunnhild, Gyrithe and Cyrid. He was the youngest of the four children. He died in 0985 in Fyrisval, Uppsala, Sweden.²
