Anna's father was Han Michael Mauser and her mother was Agnes Gomminger. Her paternal grandparents were Casper Mauser and Maria; her maternal grandparents were Hans Jerg Gomminger and <Unknown>. She had three brothers and a sister, named Johan, Johann, Nicholas and Sarah. She was the third oldest of the five children.
