Gudrod Halvdansson

Gudrod was born in 0780.¹ Gudrod's father was Halfdan (Hvitbein White Leg) Olafsson and his mother was Asa Eysteinsdottir. His paternal grandparents were Olaf (The Wood Cutter) Ingjaldsson and Solveig Halfdansdottir; his maternal grandparents were Eystein (Haardaade The Severe) Throndsson and Solveig Halfdansdottir. He had a brother named Fart. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 40 in 0820.¹
