Effie Dowell

Effie was born on January 6th, 1867. Effie's father was Anderson Dowell and her mother was Elizabeth Ayres Maxey. Her paternal grandparents were Micajah Dowell and Ellenor Wood. She was an only child. She died at the age of 27 on June 30th, 1894.
