Ceclia Dowell

Ceclia was born on April 7th, 1763 in Bedford Co., Virginia. Ceclia's father was George Dowell and her mother was Margaret Ferguson. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas C. Dowell and Elizabeth Ann Coomes. She had two brothers named Micajah and Elijah. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 66 on December 29th, 1829 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.¹
