Canada, as grant number 41, dated June 3, 1786. (Grant reconveyed
to the Crown.)

!LAND: Granted lot number 15 (Timothy Whitmore's second survey) on the
East side of the Kennebacasis River, New Brunswick, Canada.
Petition dated March 17, 1787. Approved March 26, 1788 for
occupancy beginning June 1788. (Petition states George Fritch was
waiter to Excelency Governor Carlton in New York which would be
prior to the evacuation of the British forces.)

!PROBATE: Number 14, Old Series Wills, District of Brock, County of
Oxford, P.O. Box 70, Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. Will made
September 21, 1841. Administration granted July 30, 1842 to wife
(Mary) and son (James).
