On 6 November 1730, Nathan Ward of Plymouth, seaman, and Elizabeth his wife, conveyed premised at Pemaquid to Joseph Pearse and Eleazer Ring, both husbandmen, and Deborah Ring, single woman, all of Plymouth.

Daughter Elizabeth Pearce was mentioned in the 1730 will of William Ring, and Joseph Pearce was a debtor of the estate.

The will of Elizabeth's brother, Eleazer, dated 3 February 1734/5, gave one fourth of his estate to sister Elizabeth Pearce's children; and on 14 March Joseph Pierce filed objections to that will.

On 12 April 1737, Hannah Ring of plymouth, widow of William conveyed housing and land in Plymouth to Elizabeth Pearce, daughter of her daughter Elizabeth, the wife of Joseph Pearce of Sandwich. The intent of teh gift was to make Elizabeth's inheritance equal to that of each of her "two eldest" siblings.

The will of Hannah Ring, proved 1739, refers to the daughter of Elizabeth pearce, wife of Joseph Pearce of Sandwich and specifically to granddaughter Elizabeth Pearce.
