Jorgen Michael Jorgensen Wadstrup 
Jorgen Michael Jorgensen was born on January 30th, 1879 in Aarhus, Denmark.1 Jorgen Michael Jorgensen's father was Soren Jorgensen Wadstrup and his mother was Maren Mikkelsen. His paternal grandparents were Jorgen Sorensen Wadstrup and Mette Kristine Jensdatter; his maternal grandparents were Mikkel Rasmussen Nim and Anne Kathrine Gudmandsdatter. He had a brother and five sisters, named Rasmus Jorgen, Ellen G. C., Ane Kathrine, Meta Kirstine, Jorgine Marie and Anna Margrethe. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 84 on November 14th, 1963 in Cromwell, CT (Cromwell Crest).1 General Notes

"MICHAEL J. WADSTRUP
Michael J. Wadstrup, 84, of 532 Burritt St., New Britian, died Thursday at a local convalescent home. He was born Jan. 30, 1879, in Denmark. He lived in West Hartford for 35 years before moving to New Britian 11 years ago. Prior to his retirement he had worked for more than 40 years as a tinsmith at the Underwood Corp. He leaves two sons, Henry L. Wadstrup of West Hartford and Frederick K. Wadstrup of Hartford; one daughter, Mrs. Charles S. Williams of Wethersfield; three sisters, Mrs. Morris Jacobsen of Guilford, Mrs. Soren Rasmussdn of West Hartford, a sister in Denmark and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. from the Taylor and Modeen Funeral Home, 136 South Main St., West Hartford, with the Rev. Holger O. Neilsen officiating. Burial will be in Zion Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m."
