Horace C. was born in 1880 in Burlington, Chittenden County, VT.1 Horace C.'s father was Charles H. Sager and his mother was Fanny Day. His maternal grandparents were Jonathan Day and Hanna Page. He had a brother and a sister, named Herman and Ida Bell. He died due to Influenza at the age of 63 on November 22nd, 1943.1 -
