Joseph Rouse

Joseph was born on December 5th, 1820 in Blount, Tenn.¹   Joseph's father was John (Jack) Rouse and his mother was Lydia N. Remington.  His paternal grandmother was Hannah; his maternal grandfather was Jacob Remington. He had a brother and two sisters, named William, Margaret and Mary Jane.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 82 on June 26th, 1903 in Dewitt, Saline, Nebraska.¹
