Josiah was born on June 15th, 1769 in Northampton, Hampshire, MA.1 Josiah's father was Isaac Parsons and his mother was Lucy Strong. His paternal grandparents were Josiah Parsons and Sarah Sheldon; his maternal grandparents were Jonathan Strong and Mehitable Stebbins. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Isaac, Phineas, Elias, Elijah, Phineas, Lucy, Sarah, Rachel, Dorcas and Achsah. He died at the age of 78 on September 21st, 1847 in Northampton, Hampshire, MA.1 -
