Electa Owen 
Electa was born on April 17th, 1796 in Northumberland, Coos County, NH.1 Electa's father was Joel Owen and her mother was Mary Gillett. Her paternal grandparents were Caleb Owen and Priscilla Throope. She had a brother and a sister, named Joel and Laura. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 70 on June 6th, 1866 in West Randolph, Orange County, VT.1 General Notes

SIXTH GENERATION
Electa Owen-Chandler [6] (Joel Owen [5], Caleb [4], Caleb [3], Joseph [2], John [1]), daughter of Joel and Mary (Gillett) Owen, was born April 17, 1796 at Northumberland, Coos County, NH, and died June 6, 1866 at West Randolph, Orange County, VT. She was married November 7, 1816 at Hanover, NH to Decon William Brown Chandler, who was born January 12, 1792 at Pomfret, CT, and died May 16, 1881 at the home of his son Frank in Brooklyn, NY. He was the son of Henry and Martha (Brown) Chandler.
