William Neal 
William was born on January 4th, 1824 in ,Miami,OH.1 William's father was Mahlon Neal and his mother was Rachel Duncan. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Duncan and Mary Embree. He had three brothers and two sisters, named James, Eli, Caleb, Margaret and Lydia. He was the oldest of the six children. He died after 1886.1 -
