Phoebe Glover

Phoebe was born in 1859 in Yarmouth Twp., Elgin Co., Ontario, Canada.¹ Phoebe's father was Jonathan Glover and her mother was Mary Lewis. Her paternal grandparents were William Glover and Phoebe Sturgis; her maternal grandparents were John Lewis and Mary Stevens. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Jonathan, George, Elizabeth and Mary. She was the second youngest of the five children. She had a half-brother named William.¹
