Ira L. was born in 1859 in Union Twp.,Miami,OH.1 Ira L.'s father was William Duncan and his mother was Martha Langston. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Duncan and Elizabeth Dickson. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Leonard, Elmer, Charles, William A., Sarah, Emma and Lucy. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 57 in 1916 in ,Miami,OH.1 -
