Silas Dewey 
Silas was born on June 2nd, 1795 in Berlin, VT.1 Silas' father was Simeon Dewey and his mother was Prudence Yemans. His paternal grandparents were William Dewey and Rebecca Carrier. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Osman, Zenas Coleman, Julius Yemans, Henry, Isaac Tichenor, Rebecca and Prudence Asenath. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 18 on September 19th, 1813 in age 18.1 -
