Persis Kibbie Dewey 
Persis Kibbie was born on April 20th, 1845.1 Persis Kibbie's father was John Dewey and her mother was Mary Dana Carlyle. Her paternal grandparents were Benoni Dewey and Sabra Worthington; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Carlyle and Persis Kibbey Dana. She had two brothers and a sister, named John Worthington, William James Smith and Amelia Carlyle. She was the youngest of the four children.1 -
