Mary Hannah was born on January 7th, 1877 in Niles, MICH.1 Mary Hannah's father was George Martin Dewey and her mother was Emma Bingham. Her paternal grandparents were Granville Dewey and Harriet B. Freeman; her maternal grandparents were Lemuel Bingham and Lydia L. Doud. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Edmund Otis, Henry Bingham, George Martin, Harriet Belle and Emma Grace. She was the youngest of the six children.1 -
