Lucia Louisa Dewey 
Lucia Louisa was born on September 23rd, 1837 in Berlin, VT.1 Lucia Louisa's father was Harry Hovey Dewey and her mother was Mary Louisa Comings. Her paternal grandparents were Israel Dewey and Nancy Hovey; her maternal grandparents were Fenno Commings and Rebecca Smart. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Henry Harrison, John Calvin, Benjamin Fenno, William Whipple, Anna and Mary Evalina. She was the oldest of the seven children.1 -
