George Dewey 
George was born on December 26th, 1837 in Montpelier, VT.1 George's father was Julius Yemans Dewey and his mother was Mary Perrin. His paternal grandparents were Simeon Dewey and Prudence Yemans; his maternal grandparents were Zachariah Perrin and Mary Talcott. He had two brothers and a sister, named Charles, Edward and Mary Perrin. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 79 on January 16th, 1917 in Washington, DC.1 -
