Charles Arba was born on August 1st, 1857 in Cambridge, MICH.1 Charles Arba's father was Charles Henry Dewey and his mother was Elvira Moulton. His paternal grandparents were Simeon Dewey and Betsey Bigelow Knight; his maternal grandparents were Arba N. Moulton and Patience Virgil. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Ander Simeon, Warren Chancey, Malind Patience and Eliza Mary. He was the youngest of the five children.1 -
