Living's father was Donald Wallace Chamberlain and his mother was Annie McDonald. His paternal grandparents were Robert Louis Chamberlain and Annabell Giggy. He had two sisters named Living and Living. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Arley Louis, Lyle Vernon, Paul Howard and Reta Marie.-
