R. S. Bryson 
R. S. was born in 1857.1 R. S.'s father was Joseph Bryson and his mother was Jane Elizabeth Remington. His paternal grandparents were John Fielding Bryson and Ellizabeth Sparger; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Remington and Mary ("Polly") Johnson. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Joseph S., Lewis F., John, William Green, Nathaniel, Frank, Charlotte, Lovina and Mary Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the ten children.1 -
