Amasa Blanchard 
Amasa was born on July 12th, 1792 in Braintree, Orange County, Vermont.1 Amasa's father was Barnard Blanchard and his mother was Phebe Young. His paternal grandfather was William Blanchard. He had three brothers named Ira, Barnard and William. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 94 on March 7th, 1887.1 -
