John Abbott 
John was born on September 2nd, 1662 in Norwalk, Fairfield, Connecticut.1 John's father was George Abbott and his mother was Mary Weed. His maternal grandparents were Jonas Weed and Mary Jane Davidson. He had four brothers and four sisters, named George, Jonathan, Samuel, Daniel, Dorothy, Whinniah, Priscilla and Mary. He was the oldest of the nine children.1 -
