Constance was born on January 3rd, 1290 in Portugal.1   Constance's father was Denis "The Just" von Portugal and her mother was Isabel (St. Elizabeth) von Aragon. She had a brother named Alfonso I Osado "The Bold".  She died at the age of 23 on November 17th, 1313.1
