Friedrich VI Landgraf von Hessen-Homburg 
Friedrich VI Landgraf was born in 1769. Friedrich VI Landgraf's father was Friedrich V von Hessen-Homburg and his mother was Karoline von Hessen-Darmstadt. His paternal grandparents were Friedrich lV von Hessen-Homburg and Ulrike zu Solms-Braunfels; his maternal grandparents were Ludwig lX von Hessen-Darmstadt and Karoline Palatine von Zweibruecken-Birkenfeld. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Ludwig, Paul, Viktor, Philipp, Gustav, Ferdinand, Leopold, Karoline, Luise Ulrike, Amalie, Auguste and Marie Anna. He was the oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 60 in 1829.-
