1 Constantine VIII Kaiser's father was Romanus II von Byzantium and his mother was Theophanu Skleros Prinzessin von Byzanz. His paternal grandparents were Constantine Porphyrogenitus and Helen Lecapenus; his maternal grandfather was Constantin Skleros. He had a brother named Basil Bulgaroctonus II Kaiser. He had two half-sisters named Matilda and Otehilde Prinzessin. He died in 1028.1 -
