William 'Billy" was born about 1760 in Amelia County, Virginia, USA.1 William 'Billy"'s father was Jr. Wingo Thomas and his mother was Sarah. His paternal grandparents were Sr. Wingo Thomas and Jane Butler. He had two brothers and a sister, named Obediah, Louis Thomas and Oney. He was the oldest of the four children. He died after June 1840 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, USA.1 -
