Joseph Waugh

Joseph was born on August 8th, 1897 in Henderson, Mason, WV.¹   Joseph's father was William A Waugh and his mother was Sarah Margaret. He had a brother and five sisters, named Waugh, Amanda E., Waugh, Waugh, Julia Ann and Sarah.  He was the youngest of the seven children.¹
