Her paternal grandparents were Alfred " Der Grosse " Koenig von Westsachsen and Ealhswith von The Gaini; her maternal grandfather was Sigehelm von Kent. She had two brothers and a sister, named Edmund I The, Eadredb Koenig and Edgifu. She had six half-brothers and sixteen half-sisters, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender, named AElfweard Koenig, Edwin Sub Koenig, Edmund I " the, Edred, Athelstan, Edwin, Edgifu, Edflaed, AElflaeda, AEthelflaeda Abbess, AEthelhild, AElfgifu, Edhilda, Edith Prinzessin, Edburh, Edgiva, Daughter, Elfleda, Edgiva, Ethelhilda, Edhilda, Elgiva and Ethelwerd.1 -
