Cleo Mullins 
Cleo was born on November 6th, 1893 in Monroe co., IN.1 Cleo's father was Robert James Mullin and his mother was Mary Eliza Newton. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Ahart Newton and Mary Jane Burks. He had four brothers and a sister, named Willard, Edward E., James, John and Mariah. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 58 in October 1952.1 -
