John H. McElhinney

John H. was born on July 9th, 1827.¹   John H.'s father was Robert McElhinney and his mother was Nancy Martin.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph McElhinney and Catherine Finley. He had four brothers and a sister, named Gavin, Joseph M., Samuel Robert, Robert and Catherine.  He was the third oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 87 on November 21st, 1914.¹
