John Marshal 
John was born in 1144.1 John's father was John FitzGilbert Marshal and his mother was Sibyl von Salisbury. His paternal grandfather was Gilbert Marshal; his maternal grandparents were Walter Fitz Edward von Salisbury and Maud von Chaworth. He had a brother named William Marshal lV Earl. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 50 in 1194.1
