Luitpold 
Luitpold was born in 1821. Luitpold's father was Ludwig I Wittelsbach Koenig von Bayern and his mother was Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen. His paternal grandparents were Maximilian I Joseph Wittelsbach and Augusta Wilhelmine von Hessen-. He had three brothers and three sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Maximilian II Koenig, Otto I Friedrich Ludwig, Adalbert, Mathilde Prinzessin, Adelgunde, Hildegarde and Theodolinde. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 91 in 1912.-
