Roger Harcourt 
Roger was born about 1158 in Of Beaumont, France.1 Roger's father was Robert "Blanchmains" Harcourt and his mother was Petronilla (Pernel) Grentmesnil. His paternal grandparents were Robert "Bossu" von Beaumont and Amice De (Uta) Gael (Waiet); his maternal grandparents were Hugh De Grentmesnil and Mrs-Hugh De Grentmesnil. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Robert "Fitz-Parnell", William, Geoffrey, Pernel, Margaret, Amicia, Mabel and Hawise. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died in 1202 in Scotland.1 -
