Mary Fanning 
Mary was born on April 28th, 1665 in New London, New London, Connecticut.1 Mary's father was Edmund Fanning and her mother was Ellen Butler. Her paternal grandparents were Nicholas Fanning and Ellen Cantwell; her maternal grandparents were James Butler and Eleanor Fitzgerald. She had five brothers and a sister, named Edmund, Thomas, John, William, James and Margaret. She was the youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 78 on December 14th, 1743 in Stonington, New London, Connecticut.1 -
