Roger De Clare 
Roger was born about 1116 in Tonbridge, Kent, England.1 Roger's father was Richard Fitz Gilbert and his mother was Adeliya\Alice De Meschines. He had a brother named Gilbert. He died in 1173 in Oxfordshire, England.1
