Neion Bell

Neion was born in 1840.¹ Neion's father was William Bell and his mother was Nancy McGowan. His maternal grandparents were Samuel McGowan and Charlotta Back. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Cyrus, William, Samuel, Polly Ann and Lou.¹
