Luitgarde de Cleves

Luitgarde was born about 0963 in of Cleves.  Luitgarde's father was Siegfried de Luxembourg and her mother was Hedwig de Alsace.  Her paternal grandfather was Count in the Trier & Ardennesgaus Wigeric and her paternal grandmother is Kunigunde de Francia; her maternal grandparents were Eberhard VI von Nordgau and Liutgarde von Trier. She had a brother named Frederick I.  She was the older of the two children.  She died about 1055.

‌Luitgarde and Arnulf I were married in a religious ceremony about 0980.  They had a son named Adalbert.
