Arminda Jane was born on November 20th, 1836 in Grafton, New Hampshire.. Arminda Jane's father was George W. Tucker and her mother was Lucinda Gile. Her paternal grandparents were Ezra Tucker and Judith Burbank. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Samuel Gile, Erastus B., John, Harriet, Anna, Belle, Sarah M. and Helen E.. She is the second oldest of the nine children.-
