Phebe L. was born in 1852. Phebe L.'s father was Emery Holden Sargent and her mother was Louisa M. Sargent. Her paternal grandparents were Timothy Lorenzo Sargent and Wealthy Lorinda Holden; her maternal grandparents were Ira H. Sargent and Mary. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Ira Horton, Allen Jenia, Chauncy Harry, Ora P., C. P., Emery Harford, Sylvester and Harriet Lucretia. She died at the age of 82 in 1934.-
